Hai Phong Technical College is invested in synchronous and modern construction on an area of 11.4 hectares including: The administrative building, Lecture halls, Workshops of Electrical and Electronics Department; Mechanical Engineering Department, Information and Technology Department; Faculty of Economics; Faculty of Construction; Faculty of basic science subjects; Faculty of pedagogics, The great hall, Library, Dormitory, Canteen and Sports area.

The college has hundreds of classrooms and workshops, combining with traditional and modern vocational training equipment, high-tech workshops such as: TIG-MIG-MAG, CNC metal cutting workshop, Automated practice rooms, PLC automatic production line, electrical machine experiments, electric drives, micro-controllers, hydraulics -pneumatics, robot controls... meeting the enrollment scale of 2000 students per year.
